The 4 on 4 Spring Hockey League is now opened for registration. The only league with full games, qualified officials and non-stop fun. Each team has a designated min. 10 players per team and a goalie. We try and accommodate requests to play with friends and/or neighbors. All games are played out of Ray Friel or Bob McQuarrie Complex. Join us today and discover why this league sells out every year. Check out the link to the stats site

It will soon be 25 years that the Canadian Hockey Academy has been offering hockey camps of all kinds in the Ottawa-Gatineau region and Houston Texas. From power-skating to stick handling camps the instructors at the Canadian Hockey Academy have always kept up with the times providing informative and fun sessions combined with new techniques and approaches.

I first met Rick Despatie, owner and manager of the Canadian Hockey Academy, in 2001 when he came to us to help setup his on-line registration capability. He was ahead of the curve then and still is today. The ball hockey and roller blade leagues he was running at the time were also very popular. As a professional educator Rick sees the trends and selects the areas of improvement that suit the hockey training environment. If you can hit the top corner of the net with a ball or a puck, on skates, running shoes or roller blades while having fun with your friends then chances are you might be able to do it in a real game of hockey as well.

The 4 on 4 league offers an unprecedented freedom to skate, pass and shoot the puck in a high paced environment that is fun yet competitive.

The Canadian Hockey Academy has a wide variety of programs and camps, from basic to advanced, including specific camps just for goalies. Chances are they have the right program for you or your budding young star.
