Returned Cheques
All returned cheques are subject to a $35.00 administrative fee.
Winter/Spring Programs
All winter and spring programs are fully refundable less a $15.00 administrative charge providing the request is made 14 days in advanced of the program’s start date. All requests made within the 14 days will not be eligible for a cash refund. Partial credits will be given on a case by case basis for medical reasons only.
Summer Programs
All summer programs are fully refundable less 10% for each session cancelled providing you have purchased the Cancellation insurance.
Internet Registration
All those who register via the internet have a maximum 2 weeks to submit payment in order assure the space you booked. The camp reserves the right to cancel any registration that has not been fully paid for.
Conditions of Enrollment
The camp reserves the right to move any child out of a specific program if the child has either been mis-registered or does not fit the guidelines as set out for that particular class. The camp will do what’s necessary to try and meet the child’s need in another class during that same week. The camp also reserves the right to remove someone from camp, without refund, when it is deemed to be in the best interest of either the student or the camp.
Late Payments
No applicant will be permitted on the ice without having fully paid and signed the hockey school waiver release.
Camp Refund Option: Cancellation Insurance
This option provides for a full or prorated refund due to illness or injury only. The cancellation insurance option must be purchased at the time of registration only. The fee is 10% of the registration cost and refunds will only be considered on receipt of a written claim, which includes a medical report from your physician.
