Processing Fees (Credit Card)
In the event of cancellation, any credit card fees is considered outside of the registration fees and is non-refundable. This money is collected by a third party and those costs cannot be recouped.
All winter and spring programs are fully refundable less a $50.00 administrative charge providing the request is made 30 days in advanced of the program’s start date. All requests made within the 30 days will not be eligible for a cash refund. Partial credits will be given on a case by case basis for medical reasons only. Please note that your initial $100 , for 4 on 4 is treated as your deposit in order to save a spot in our 4 on 4 Programme. This portion is not refundable. The remaining amount less $45 is refundable providing it is done with 30 days in advance of the program start date.
All summer programs are fully refundable less 10% for each session cancelled, and less the cost of credit card, and insurance fee, providing you have purchased the Cancellation insurance. This is for medical cancellations only. If you do not purchase the Cancellation Insurance you will not be eligible for a refund. Once registered, you can not obtain a refund for non-medically related reasons.
All those who register via the internet have a maximum 2 weeks to submit payment in order assure the space you booked. The camp reserves the right to cancel any registration that has not been fully paid for.
Payments made by credit card online once approved will take precedent over payments mailed in by cheque or money order. All financial transactions are in Canadian Funds. All other conditions apply.
Conditions of Enrollment
The camp reserves the right to move any child out of a specific program if the child has either been mis-registered or does not fit the guidelines as set out for that particular class. The camp will do what’s necessary to try and meet the child’s need in another class during that same week. The camp also reserves the right to remove someone from camp, without refund, when it is deemed to be in the best interest of either the student or the camp.
No applicant will be permitted on the ice without having fully paid and signed the hockey school waiver release.
Camp Refund Option: Cancellation Insurance
This option provides for a full or prorated refund due to illness or injury only. The cancellation insurance option must be purchased at the time of registration only. The fee is 10% of the registration cost and refunds will only be considered on receipt of a written claim, which includes a medical report from your physician. Registration cancellations under this option is subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
