This program is focused on providing the player the opportunity to work on specific puck skills while enjoying the game by playing in a tournament style format during the entire week. All games will be played in a 4 on 4 format. Emphasis will be on agility and quick puck movement all the while accentuating the development of game skills.

• 4 hours of ice time per day.
• 2 hours of daily on-ice instruction.
• On-ice instruction will focus on puck skills.
• Daily 4 on 4 scrimmages in tournament style format.
• Off-ice program will focus on aerobic and anaerobic training.
• Limited to 24 players and 4 goalies.
