This program is designed for the player wishing to improve his/her overall skills. This is our most popular and best attended program. The player will work on both individual and team skills.

- 3 hours of daily on-ice training.
- Emphasis is on skill acquisition and improvement. All hockey skills will be covered with particular emphasis on agility skating.
- Off-ice sessions deal with the fundamentals of fitness training and sport development. Activities such as field hockey, lacrosse, etc. will be played to highlight team concepts.
- Films, video tape analysis, and class sessions will round out off-ice activities.
- Program operates between 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
- Teaching ratio 1:8 (ratio may vary slightly on a per ice session basis)
- Swimming available at some locations
