Returned Cheques
All returned cheques are subject to a $45.00 administrative fee.

Processing Fees (Credit Card)

In the event of cancellation, any credit card fees is considered outside of the registration fees and is non-refundable. This money is collected by a third party and those costs cannot be recouped. 

Winter/Spring Programs
All winter and spring programs are fully refundable less a $60.00 administrative charge providing the request is made 30 days in advanced of the program’s start date. This is unless the program is cancelled for other reasons. ( see Unforseen Cancellations ) All requests made within the 30 days will not be eligible for a cash refund. Partial credits will be given on a case by case basis for medical reasons only. No refunds or credits will be provided if your child is not placed with a friend request. Although we try our best to accommodate we cannot guarantee such placement especially if its for balancing reasons. If your child is suspended from participating in our program no refunds will be provided. In the even of medical situations, only partial credits will be provided. 

Summer Programs
All summer programs are fully refundable less 20% for each session cancelled, and less the cost of credit card, and insurance fee  providing you  cancel at least 60 days ahead of the program.  This clause does not supersede our policy on Unforseen Cancellations.  Requests made thereafter unless they are made for emergency reasons will not be considered. Any emergency request will be dealt with on an adhoc basis and credits for future programs could be issued based on such requests. These credits must be used within 1 calendar year. 

Christmas/March Break

No refunds will be issued for conditions beyond our control. ie Power Outages, Weather conditions or rink closures. Given that these camps are held during the school vacation time we cannot make up any time following such cancellations. 

Unforeseen Cancellations

In the event that any of our Winter and Spring programs are cancelled due to rink closures, storms, floods, etc. that are beyond our control, a full credit for the program cost will be issued and applied for registration for the following season or 40% of the registration fees , less processing fee, will be refunded with no further credits. Such a refund must be requested for the same calendar year.  Carried over credits cannot be converted to any refund. That will be the choice of the registrant. For summer programs, credits will be issued for any of our future programs less insurance and credit card service fees. Alternatively, we will issue a refund totalling 75% of the registration fees with a 5% credit for future programs. Costs have been incurred  to operate our programs and these costs cannot be recovered. We will do our very best to hold the program either at a later date or location but this will greatly depend on circumstances. We of course are not responsible for such closures/cancellations.

Internet Registration
Please note that we use a third party for our online registration. This third party charges a registration fee when registering online. 

On-line Payments
Payments made by credit card online once approved will take precedent over payments mailed in by cheque or money order. All financial transactions are in Canadian Funds with the exception of our US camps which are charge in USD funds. All other conditions apply.

Conditions of Enrolment
The camp reserves the right to move any child out of a specific program if the child has either been mis-registered or does not fit the guidelines as set out for that particular class. The camp will do what’s necessary to try and meet the child’s need in another class during that same week. The camp also reserves the right to remove someone from camp, without refund, when it is deemed to be in the best interest of either the student or the camp.

Late Payments
No applicant will be permitted on the ice without having fully paid and signed the hockey school waiver release.
